Any individuals with age over 18 is eligible to pawn. We welcome individuals from all nationalities that are able to provide valid identification such as NRIC or Passport for verification purpose.

A process fees of RM0.50 will be charged for every pawn ticket that is issued. There are no other charges or hidden cost will be incurred.

Gold is measured by its weight and its purity. The price also changes daily, so WGD team will need to determine gold price according to the daily market gold price.

No! As a matter of fact, if you default on your loan or didn’t pay interest, you can still continue to borrow from us.

Exactly 6 months, e.g. Pawn Date = 1 January 2020, Due Date = 30 June 2020)

Yes, you may extend your loan for another 6 months after payment of interest due.

For renewal, you would need to pay for the interest due before an extension of 6 months is given. You can opt to either redeem your valuables or renew your pawn ticket for a further 6 months.

There are many determining factors for how much an item is worth including age / condition of an item, supply and demand, market value etc.

If an item is not redeemed upon 6 months, we will send reminder to you. If we didn’t receive any response from you or you have decided not to take back your item, it will be auctioned via public auction.

Rest assured, all you need to do is to give us a call, and arrange to visit us at our shop, follow our procedure, we will generate a new pawn ticket for you.

No one is allowed to redeem your item(s) from us as long as he / she is not the owner of the pawn ticket (should someone picks up your ticket).
